Welcome to the Little  Mindfulness Course

This  short, Little Mindfulness Course experiential course is a way for you to explore if Mindfulness has something to offer you in your busy 21st century life. There are six learning modules in this course, each of which will give you a little theory, some points for reflection and some practise. The seventh module is a downloadable resource pack with some tips, hints, and meditations to help you on your journey should you wish to continue to explore after you finish the six modules.
